Once we are on site our digital work-packs link virtual models to construction activity to improve productivity.

Engineering
Our MEICA (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control and automation) technical team bring a building to life, from traditional building services through to utilities, lifts, engineering safety and fire. We have a full team of specialists including chief engineers, technical managers, authorising engineers and fire engineers.

Our award winning enterprise solutions team offer a range of specialist services. They are leading providers of integrated building energy management, smart building technology, electronic security, information communication technology and lighting control systems.
Commissioning & handover
We offer an in-house commissioning management service. Our highly skilled, experienced team combine commissioning with our design for manufacture and assembly (DfMA) and digital engineering strategies, ensuring our clients get the full benefit from our vertically integrated delivery model.
